Business Counseling & Planning – Business Counseling & Planning is the domain of the Advisory Services Group. The practitioners within this group have executive level experience with $1B+ companies. They work with our clients' management as trusted advisors and provide counsel related to the strategic alignment of IT with corporate goals. A Strategic Enterprise IT Roadmap is typically delivered, followed by its phased implementation by a joint team comprised of client personnel and members of the Business Transformation and Advanced Technology Groups.
Business Process Management – We have the experience and expertise to help leverage BPM and workflow technologies while delivering process efficiencies to the organization. While this work may involve the implementation of BPM software, our Advisory Services Group and Business Transformation Groups provide the expertise to deliver the optimum solution.
Data Management & Integration – Our services in Data Management range from cross-industry experience in meeting regulatory compliance (i.e. HIPAA, FISMA, SOX) to developing custom Data Governance charters for a specific company or business vertical. The solution may include the implementation of Master Data Management software, as dictated by client needs.
Data Warehousing – This is no longer optional for most organizations. We understand that most organizations are in need of a data warehouse strategy that aligns to their business' information needs. Ultimately, a sound, well aligned, data warehouse will underpin the business intelligence and performance measurement architecture of the enterprise. Crossbow can assist to determine and deploy the right data warehouse (coupled with the right business intelligence) solution that enables sound and effective decision-making across the enterprise.
Business Intelligence – This is an area that is becoming the "gold standard" of effective decision-making. We help organizations define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), provide the right information to the right people at the right time in order to maximize the organization's decision-making effectiveness and enable continuous performance improvement via scorecards and root cause analysis.
Portals & Enterprise Content Management – Portals have become a core component to doing business in today's global economy. We have the experience and expertise to develop and deploy enterprise portal solutions that flex to meet evolving content, application, and process demands. We understand how to best manage structured and unstructured content within the framework of an enterprise portal, including how to ensure the preservation and reusability of an organization's documents, content, records, and business processes to effectively meet its goals.
Packaged Applications — Whether the need be an initial implementation or an upgrade, we have an array of highly skilled professionals to help our clients implement and support leading packaged solutions, including Oracle, Microsoft and SAP.
Project Management — Crossbow provides strategic, hands on project leadership to ensure each client project meets its intended goals. We are not solely task masters. Our senior-level Project Managers work closely with client personnel to scope, coordinate, facilitate and manage the efforts of the team to a successful project conclusion.
Offshore Project Strategy — Although Crossbow development teams typically work at our client’s location, there are instances where additional value can be realized through employment of offshore resources. Where appropriate, we employ our offshore capabilities to lower costs while maintaining the integrity of the delivered solution.
